They head could do with being a tad bigger, and the arms could be a tad longer.
But yeah, that's pretty much the only thing I can see wrong with it.
I wont comment on the wrong anatomy for the breasts. Since most anime girls have extremely largre breasts which don't fit their tiny body.

I strongly suggest you to practice on realistic anatomy. A strong ground in realism is necessary to make stylization work. That means try not to draw anime (or any cartoon for that matter) all the time. Because anime distorts anatomy you can fall into bad habits if you don't understand what is and isn't distorted. During the Walt Disney Studio productions of The Lion King and Bambi real-life animals used for the animators to study. They drew the animals excactly as they appear. Only until they became familiar with the real animal did the animators settled for a style that simplifed/stylized them it for the animation.

For more depth, learn to shade to avoid a flat picture. You can practice by drawing simple objects like cubs and spheres under a lamp. Notice how the tones get darker as surface moves farther from the light.
